  • Being Proactive as a Lifestyle - about all the parts of you that are aware of what needs to be done and then doing it instead of procrastinating in order to avoid making necessary changes.
  • Know Your Surroundings - about all the parts of you that explore your environments, obtaining clarity about what you want to include in your life and what you don´t, and that calibrate your inside to your surroundings.
  • To Safely Digest Life - about all the parts of you that learn from experiences, gain wisdom and sustenance from everything you do and everything you eat or drink.
  • To Let Go at the Right Time - about all the parts of you that create space in life by letting go of that which no longer brings you joy and dare to dream big.
  • Exuberance - about all the parts of you that let the joy and wonder of living flow through everything you do.

It is also a book with tips on wise everyday habits that can make life even nicer, easier, smoother and brighter in many ways. The goal being that the wise everyday habits are effective, but do not require a lot of time to do.

About the Author

After high school, Katharina Arnesen went to Hollywood where she trained as a Make-up Artist and wigmaker. She then worked for many years in theatre, opera, ballet and television, mostly in Sweden.

In parallel, she studied, mainly various medical techniques and philosophies both from the West and the East. The common denominator is her interest in people and the amazing potential within all of us. Whether it’s healing a physical problem or getting to grips with a lifestyle or a thought pattern that no longer fits into the life we want to live.

Since 2000, Katharina runs a clinic in Uppsala, Sweden, where she treats and coaches clients, as well as trains new therapists. Her vision is for people to experience what an amazing opportunity it is to have free will, to take responsibility for their own well-being and life, to have the opportunity to experience this wondrous and beautiful planet and take care of it in the best way possible.
